JoAnn coordinates all the different activities and agencies at Rome First, as well as managing day-to-day operations.

JoAnn is the proud mom of Brittanny and Ryan.

She has one dog and one sheep. She loves to read and laugh.

An interesting fact is that JoAnn’s family owned and operated a restaurant in Rome for 30-plus years where she worked from the age of 12 years old.
